GREENMAX MARS C100 densifier provides a great method to recycle waste foam by melting, and the available materials include EPS, XPS and EPE foam.
The working process of an EPS densifier is first to passe through a conveyor belt to feed the material into a shredder. Once shredded, the EPS foam enters a plastic extruder where the foam is exposed to heat and pressure to melt the EPS foam. The melted EPS foam then flows through the small outlet at the end of the extruder and sets in a sponge-like continuous form.
After the whole process, the melted EPS can then be easily transported to the required factories for remolding into new EPS products.
