GREENMAX Mars C200 densifier specialize in volume reducing. It is famous for its hot melting technology, which can bring profit to recycling companies.
The process is very simple. After feeding the EPS scraps into the hopper, the compressed logs can easily be cut and stacked onto pallets. Inside the machine there are knives that shred or crush the foam blocks into smaller pieces. And the foam pieces will be melted by the hot air. Finally it will be squeezed out and shaped into blocks. The foam volume reduction ratio is up to 90:1, which makes it much convenient to transport and recycle.
