1General1.1 ZW47-40.5/T2000-31.5 outdoor Alternating-curent high-voltage vacuum circuit-breaker (hereinafter as circuit-breaker), is used as to the power system of Alternating-curent 50Hz and 40.5kV rated voltage. Provide protection and control in the power plant, substation, workshop and mines, and also used as liaison breaker and in the situation of switching capacitor bank, especially used in the place of operation frequently. 1.2 The breaker is equipped with CT17-35W spring operation mechanism. 1.3 The breaker is in conformity with the requirement of national standard GB1984-2003< High- voltage alternating-current circuit-breakers>() and related IEC 62271-100:2001 standard. 1.4 Technical featuures a)It is module combination structure making up of switch, operation mechanism and current transformer. After installing entirely, it becomes left-right and front-back symmetry, the sharp is reasonable, beautiful and smartness. b)The insulation cylinder of vacuum interrupter device and the support insulation cylinder adopt synthetic rubber to mould. It possesses not only fine insulated performance, but also the performance of cleaning by itself strongly, light weight and not damaged easily. The enclosure of the base and operation mechanism box is made up of stainless steel. The product has long operation life because of adopting new high technology material with strong performance of aging and corruption resistance. c)External insulation of the breaker is air insulation that avoids the leakage of SF6 gas and environment pollution, and predigests the producing technics and makes it easy to maintain in the service place or eliminates the fault. d)It is filled with new type material which could defend condensation between external insulation of vacuum interrupter device and external protection cylinder, ensure the reliability of external insulation after the contacts had been disconnected, and ensure the surface could not be discharge to make high voltage puncture. e)When the product is in service, it could not produce the gas which pollutes environment or the other deleterious things, conform to the requirement of green product. 1.5 Application Ambient Conditions a) The Altitude :≤ 3000m. b) The ambient air temperature : +40max. -40min. c) The wind speed : ≤ 35 m/s. d) No fire and explosive danger. e) Dirty class: IV class. f) If it will be used in the special service condition, please contact with the manufacture to negotiate. .
