Detailed Description ZQJ100×10/1.5×0.6 type mud desilter is a new type of the third stage solids control equipment, which is important in the drilling fluid circulation system. Its major function is to perform the third stage purification of mud and separate different sizes of drill cuttings and addictives. When processing the weighting drilling fluid, this desilter can efficiently reclaim barite which is deliberately added into the mud. However, it can also be used as just a desander when processing non-weighting mud with the small fine shaker not being employed.The ZQJ100×10/1.5×0.6 type desilter is especially suitable to directly handle drilling fluid of deep wells. It can separate over 60% of solid particles in the size of 10-40um in the mud and reclaim the barite to reduce the loss of the drilling fluid. Technical Parameters 1. Fluid ends of hydrocyclones on the top of desilter are circumferentially distributed symmetrically to guarantee the same working condition of each cyclone and the best performance of the whole machine. Additionally, for the convenience of connection, the clamp joints are adopted. The circular vibrating fine shaker below is driven by an eccentric shaft and the whole screen box vibrated circularly forward. The screen is equipped with the vibration isolation system made of double flexible springs and horizontal springs. The exciting vibration center track goes through the mass center of screen frame and thus the horizontally arranged circular screen with dual tilt angle in the range of -3°to +5° was implemented The advantage therefore is that the handling capacity is over 50% increased than the tilt screen.
