Curing Time As exposed air, the sealant begins to cure in a surface-to-interior sequence. Its tack-free time is about 0.7 hour, and the final cure and optimum adhesion occurs in 14 days. Application Limitations Yulong 793should not be applied As structural sealant. To the materials that will bleed oil, plasticizer or solvent, such as pregnated wood. To the places totally confined as sealant requires atmospheric moisture to cure. To damp or frost-laden surfaces. To places damp all the year round or in continuous immersion in water. When surface temperature is below 4oC or over 40oC,recommendation is not recommended.
