YK Orbicular Vibration Screen for Limestone Introduction YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen is a product developed by us according to user needs, incorporated with foreign advanced technology. Its vibration parameters are matchable with that of the German KHD screen machines. The sieve box of the series bears a round track, suitable for coal, limestone, gravel, grit, metal or non-metallic ores and other materials screening. Operating Principle & Features The screen is composed of screen box , screen, vibrator and the vibration springs. Vibrator is installed on the side plate on the screen,drived to rotate by coupling rotation to force a centrifugal of inertia and force sieve box vibrate. Common Screen is a fragile stuff . According to variety of materials and user needs, customers can use high-manganese steel woven mesh, perforated metal sieve or rubber sieve. sieve plate has two kinds single and double.All kinds of sieve can meet high screening efficiency, long life , non-pore blocking requirements. The screen is seat-mounted. Screen surface inclination can be adjusted by changing the location of spring supports to achieve. Motor can be mounted on the left side of screen box ,can also be installed on the right side of screen box, if no special requirements ,the manufacturing plant will install motor on the right according to materials movement direction.
