YBM22-12 Prefabricated Substation I. Profile YBM22-12 prefabricated Substation is a kind of European style box substation independently produced by Sunrise Group in China by learning from domestic and foreign advanced technologies, featured by compact structure, strong completeness, easy installation and maintenance, security & reliability, good looking and other advantages, extensively used in urban area, resident community, hotel, hospital, factory & mine, oilfield, airport, railway, dock and other outdoor power supply facilities. YBM22-12 prefabricated substation can be categorized by the mode of power supply as follows: ring network, terminal or dual-power supply.III. Ambient Operating Conditions≤1000m Elevation: ≤1,000m ≤35m/s700pa Wind speed: ≤35m/s (at most 700pa) +40,-35 Ambient temperature: air temperature at most +40ºC, at least -35ºC Relative humidity: Daily mean at most 95% Monthly mean at most 95% Seismic proofing: Horizontal acceleration at most 0.4/s2 Vertical acceleration at most 0.15m/s2 Inclination of installation site: at most 3º Installation conditions: Free of fire, explosive risk, heavy contamination, chemical corrosion or violent vibration. Negotiate with this Company if the foregoing conditions are not fully met. Regular maintenance shall be performed for the box substation, to ensure its safety and protect the rights and benefits of users. In case of box substation with oil-immersed transformer, oil sampling and analysis shall be taken during operation as required at least once a year. Check the swtich contact of HV switchgear after required actions, and replace the contact with any abnormality. A preventive test of the arrester shall be taken before or after thunder & rain season every year. IX. Accompanying Documentation and Accessories Accompanying the device are Quality Certificate, Exworks Test Report, Installation & Users Manual, Circuit Breaker Sample, Electrical Scheme, Secondary Connection Diagram, Key, Packing List, and supply of spare parts or articles as agreed.
