XBD-DL. XBD-DA1.XBD-ISG fire fighting pump

XBD-DL,XBD-DA1,XBD-ISGfire fighting pump is designed strictly according to the fire fighting standard requests, which is used to transport clean water which is under 80,or liquid with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. This series run safely and stably so that they are widely used in the fire fighting system for construction, mining industry and ports, and also the normal water supply for high building. XBD-DL is vertical and sectional multi-stages centrifugal pump. According to the revolution, DL can be divided into two kinds: n=1450r/min and 2950r/min. The former one is with the same size inlet and outlet so that it is convenient to install. DL is simply constructed and easy to maintain with stable capability, low noise, low vibration and long using life. The highest head reaches up to 250m so that it is especially suitable for the water supply of the high building and fire fighting system. XBD-DA1 is horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, which is simply constructed and easy to maintain with stable capability, low noise, low vibration ,NPSH and smooth running. Also it is with the same size inlet and outlet so that it is convenient to install. The flow rate is as high as 45/L/S and the head is as high as 250m that this pump is especially suitable for the water supply of high building and fire fighting system. Construction Illustration Dl vertical multi-stage sectional centrifugal pump is supported by up and down sections. The two angular contact ball bearing of the up section play the leading supporting role while the down section supports assistant. Pump is connected by shaft and joint and electric motor. Pump housing part is composed by suck in section, middle section, impeller, entrance bucket,outlet section,shaft and bearing box, support for electric motor. All middle sections are connected and fixed by through bar bolts. The outlet and inlet are both horizontal. The inlet is on top while the outlet is underneath. And the outlet and inlet can be whirled 0°90°,180°,270°. DA1 horizontal multi-stage sectional centrifugal pumps inlet is located horizontally and its outlet is located vertically. This pump is mainly composed by inlet section, middle section, impeller, entrance bucket,outlet section,shaft, seal, balance ring, balance plate, shaft housing, rear cover, bearing and bearing body and so on. Pump and electric motor are connected by shaft joint. Please double check whether the axes line of the pump and the axes line of the electric motor are super posited or not before running the pump. ISG is single stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump, of which the outlet and the inlet are on the same plane. The pump is mainly composed by body, impeller, cover, electric motor, and mechanical seal and so on. Pump and electric motor use the same shaft. This pump is compact constructed and easy to maintain.
