Advanced Building on piezo printheads' main advantage, that they can print different types of ink, the XJ500 is furnished with specialized control logic and electronics to provide flexible control and tuning for inks with different characteristics. To further enhance this capability the ink feed system enables 1 to 4 colours to be fired per printhead with no discontinuity between colours.Versatile To enable operation across a wide temperature range, the XJ500 has programmable circuitry for temperature compensation.
