Product Description: It is a low temperature and little residue phosphating agent that could forms thin and fine zinc phosphate films. And it is able to be used as spray because of low temperature. The parkerising films have perfect corrosion resistance, are able to match various films, and are desired primer coating. Features: Appearance: light green liquidUsing concentration: agent: water = 1:20Temperature: ambientWorking time: 5 to 10minsTotal acidity: 12 to 20 pointsFree acidity: 1.0 to 1.8 points Applications: 1. making bath solution (cubic metre) Putting water into the tank up to eight out ten position, and then putting the phosphate agent 50kg into water with stirring, and then putting water to full. Test and adjust acidity and then putting accelerating agent AC 1kg 2. replenishing and adjusting bath solution Concentration and temperature tests are needed because concentration will reduce with using. Adding phosphate agent will increase the total acidity of aqueous solution. Generally, adding phosphate agent 3.5kg will increase 1 point total acidity. And adding phosphate agent will also increase the free acidity of aqueous solution. Generally, adding phosphate agent 2kg will increase 0.1 point free acidity. Meanwhile, adding neutralizer M will reduce the free acidity of aqueous solution. Generally, adding neutralizer M 0.5kg will reduce 0.1 point free acidity. The accelerating AC concentration of aqueous solution will be reduced after some time work, so concentration test and appropriate amount of accelerating agent should be needed. 0.2kg increases 1 point. Testing: 1. Testing total acidity: getting the aqueous solution 10ml with pipette into conical flask. Then adding 3 or 4 drops of phenolphthalein indicator. Then making 0.1N sodium hydroxide titration till getting pink. The amount of drops of sodium hydroxide is the point of total acidity. 2. Testing free acidity: getting the aqueous solution 10ml with pipette into conical flask. Then adding 3 or 4 drops of bromophenol blue indicator. Then making 0.1N sodium hydroxide titration till getting yellow or greenyellow. The amount of drops of sodium hydroxide is the point of free acidity. 3. Testing concentration of accelerating agent AC: making the fermentation tube full of the aqueous solution, and then adding 2-5g sulfamic acid with stirring up and down, and then keeping still in 2 mins, so the amount of bubbles (the graduation) is the concentration of accelerating agent AC. 1 scale is 1 point. Packing: 25kg plastic drum
