Application The plastic sheet extruder makes different sheets, including PP sheet PS sheet ABS sheetPE sheetPET sheet etc. The finished sheet are used for plastic products like disposable cups, ice-cream cups, plastic bowls, plastic lunch wraps, plastic lids, plastic trays and other plastic products. Characteristics : 1. Good plastication, equal sheet thickness and constant flowing speed due to the large L/D ratio of the screw and aluminium heater material cast in the extrusion unit. 2.Adopt automatic control system out of pressure, the extruding channel is even in resistance force and has no retention, which have the sheets of thickness is in balance . 3.
