Wine barrel

Jhenten's new stainless steel wine barrel gives thewinemaker the best of both worlds. You can age wines without adding oak flavor to the wine and use whatever ratio of oak to steel barrel you want, without sacrificing complexity. Furthermore, you can age smaller lots of different yeasts or even different vineyards in both steel and oak barrels and blend them as you see fit. With the addition ofJhenten's stainless steel barrels into your winemaking program, you now have the flexibility to create wines that were not possible before. If you want to make a white wine without exposing it to oak and have the ability to micro-manage how your wine develops, you need a Mueller stainless steel wine barrel. The 75-gallon barrel has one 2" tri-clamp ferrule connection, is available with fixed ends, and will stack on your existing barrel racks.
