Basic Information

Introduction of each function of cleaning machine Bucket elevator: Bucket elevator is the vertical machine for lifting the raw material ,and the worm conveyor is the horizontal machine for carrying the material .As have too much machines,we designed use vertical technical flow and horizontal flow in the factory to save area and hight of the building . Auto-balance vibrating sieve :Vibrating sieve is a siftinh machine with high speed .The principle is when the sieve body are droved by two sides vibrating motors ,wheat flow into the first sieve surface through feeding entrance, large impurity on the upper sieve is discharged to the hopper. Another material come into the second sieve surface for continual sift. On this surface ,the wheat and small impurity are separated each other .Finally lighter impurity is discharged by the suction pipes. This machine has much speciality such as high capacity ,without jaming and so on .The function is the sieve remove all impurities from wheat to reduce dust and impurity to pollute workshop as much as it can .And ensure rear working line with good running .Meanwhile to avoid jaming into the slip of screw conveyor and exit of damper bin. Behind the horizontal scourer has another vibrating sieve ,to remove mud, broken wheat, small impurity ,wheat hair from the scourer. Magbetic separator: As the scourer is a high speed rotary beating machine. In order to avoid the scrap iron and other magnetic material that into the whet to damage the scourer, this technics adopt two magnetic separators to weed out magnetic material before the wheat into scourer . That will give the safety to the person .Avoiding the metal material running a high speed into the machine to make a spark under beating and friction situation.Also can turn the fire away from the workshop . Magnetic material has a resonable structure ,and big magnetic force, so can exsuction the magnetic material from the wheat ,to make sure the rear working line safety. Horizontal scourer: Although wheat already has cleaned into the vibrating sieve ,most impurities were removed, but this is the first cleaning procedure, so still has many impurities in the wheat ,such as dust , wheat hairs ,insect eggs ,etd. If the wheat not clean very well, will givue the flour a poor quality , bad colour ,and high ash rate, etc. The working principle of the beating brusher is using the high speed rotating metal plate to beat the wheat inside the beating brusher. Between beating plate and iron sieve the wheat attrition and beaten several times ,and the wheat granules to rub each other, that separate the impurities on the wheat husk from the wheat .On the same time ,mud ,cinder,and worm eaten wheat which the size is smaller than wheat is crashed ,moved by the sieves and blowers.The wheat and stones moving on the sieve with different direction, made the stones are separated from wheat. Damper: In order to suit for demanding of processing and flour quality,it is necessary to adjust wheat moisture . As different water absorbency between cortex and endosperm, after dampering ,cortex tenacitv become strong, and endosperm become relax, then the combineof cortex, endosperm, and aleurone is also declined, that has so many benefit for changing the performance for milling .There are two kinds of moisture machine .One is Computerized automatic moisture controller, this machine use the capacitive moisture transducer to meaurse the moisture of the raw wheat , the gravity transducer to measure the volume weight of raw wheat, the temperature inducitive detector to measure the temperature of raw wheat, the percussive gravity transducer to measure the wheat streams . All informations will be calculated by the processor to know how much water should be added, to compare with the actual water streams measured by water flowmeter . After comparing , use the informations to adjuster, to get the necessary water flow . One is Spraying temper mixer, this sparying damper consist of atomization spray nozzle and hydrosphere controlling machine . When the wheat come into this machine to make the windshield turning . Start the hydrosphere controlling machine let the atomization spray nozzle spraying water on the wheat soomthly . By the screw conveyer, the wheat after spraying will go in to cleaning wheat bin . After half hour damper, the wheats’corteex moisture will increase, to promotion the effect of milling. Demper bin: After wheat was tempered with water, should stay in the demper bin to let wheat interior getting enough water saturating. Final bin :In order to ensure steady processing for wheat, before wheat falling into the milling machine, there should make a final bin with 30-50 minutes capacity. Aeration and dust system: In removing impurties working procedure, this technics has main aim to remove light impurities, such as dust, hull, shrunken wheat ect , meanwhile, it can remove some heavy impurties , then make sure the steady processing and products quality .Wind selecting principle;As the density, shape ,resistance, and suspending speed are different between wheat and impurities , so the machine can control air speed and separated them . 1#,2# bucket elevator, vibrating sifter, scourer, destoner all have suction device.
