Operation1. choose the right fuel accord with engine, before each start, must check whether the oil level and coolant level is in the normal position. Check oil level and other levels every 4 continuously operating hours.2. choose the right coolant or antirust recognized by engine manufacturerrs according to ambient temperature. Inject after preparation by proportion, not only inject clear water, which will make the water path of the engine and thermostat rust. after the coolant injection, the air in the engine should be discharged to prevent the air resistance damage the engine body.3. never operating over load! never up/down load with a great shock!4. down load before stop the generator, no-load running for 3 to 5 minutes before stop the generator.5. not allowed to run with low-load or no-load for a long time. For standby generator, it has to operate 10-15 minutes per month with no-load, and 2-4 hours per year with high-load (over 80% full load) at least.6. the battery of standby generator should be charged in time and check the level of electrolyte in the battery, add it ( or distilled water ) if necessary. check whether the connection of the battery is stable, and never connected incorrectly.
