WD1001-2 Fast Curing Adhesive For Magnetic Circuit

WD1001-2 is a two component and 100% reactive acrylate adhesive which is specially for bonding pole piece to magnet and magnet to top plate of loudspeaker (loudspeaker magnet adhesive). So it’s widely used in loudspeaker field. 1. USER’S GUIDE You can apply the product by hand or glue dispensing machine. And the mixing ratio is A:B = 1:1 If there’s a static mixing nozzle on the dispensing machine, that will be better. You just need adjust the ratio of the two components, then they will mix well in the static mixing nozzle. When you stop using the glue, you’d better disassemble the nozzle and put it in solvent, such as acetone, so you can reuse it next time. 3. PACKAGE AND STORAGE Package: Component A: 2Kg/bottle Component B: 2Kg/bottle Storage: During storage and transportion, it should be kept avoid of sunlight, rain ,fire and high temperature. Store it in a cool (under 25°C)and dry place.
