1. General ZL Series Auto Cleaning Water-strainer (electric filter) is the most advanced at present in our country. Which adopt wedge-figure core, multi-tube structure. Small volume, facile installation, long operation life, fine reliability, low press loss, high automatization & filter precision, facile back flushing and non-burnt screen working after a long term etc. characteristics with it. 2.Structure and Operation Principle ZL Series Cleaning Automatic Water-strainer (electric filter) are made of actuator, inside-outside tubes, screen, back flushing press plate & arm etc. assemblies. Inside-outside tubes make isolation in & outlet routeway, filter screen are made of many filter core per each caliber diameter. Filter core are coiled with stainless steel wire (trapezoid section). Under normal operation non-filter water from up & underside through into screen and was filtered after distributing by inlet distributary plate then flow to the outlet. Under back flushing electric actuator start up when timer or diff. controller in panel up to the set value, back flushing press plant & arm rotate and block the up & under inlet one by one, blowoff valve start to open at the same time. As blowoff pressure is less than water outlet, clean water after filtered flow backwards into filter core and made a high speed reverse flow through filter screen, back flushing the debris accumulated on the core, dirty water was discharge through blowoff pipe. Strainer starts to clean automatically under diff. pressure over 7KPa (adjustable). System could clean strainer automatically one time from 6 to 8 hrs. (adjustable) when diff. press. is not large. Put back flushing switch on the panel into “auto” position, the system run into auto operation style. Time and interval of each back flushing could be control led by setting time relay in cabinet. Clean frequency could be set from 6 to 8 hrs. generally, each screen flushing time set form 30 to 30 seconds. Diff. press. switch could be set at the same time, when the waste increase suddenly, diff. pressure overtop the set value 7KPa (adjustable), switch start to operate touch off the cleaning control fittings and start to back flush automatically. If the diff. press. still overtop the set value after completing one time back flushing, Automatic Cleaning Water-strainer (electric filter) could run into back flushing again until the diff. pressure under the setting value. Manual Operation Put switch on the panel into “manual” position, open electric blowoff valve by electric operating, and start to back flush, the flushing time could be set by manual work. When switch in “manual” position, actuator of back flushing water strainer (electric filter) could drive back flushing equipment to back flush according to the setting time, which less than 10 minutes generally. When the switch was push into the “auto” status, equipment will into the auto operation style has been set. Otherwise, both actuator and electric blowoff valve should be set with manual fittings, which could clean in manual style in case of motor lose power supply or damaged status. 6.Installation and Maintenance Base of strainer should be made entity according to the local resistance and base load, all the foundation could touch proportionally with base surface. Pre-embed bolts into base or pre-embed iron into the base surface and weld foundation with it. Maintain equipment during great or small repair of the unit. Check control system electric components termly during operation period, if found damaged parts replaced it immediately. 7.Examine and Repair During maintains, which could be repair through manhole if it is simple repair. Actuator, cover etc. should be disassembly one by one if it is overall repair.
