PRODUCT INTRODUCTION This series product is stainless steel multistage pumps which is our new product with many advanced technology. The impeller and guide flow parts with high surface finish are made of suppressed stainless steel plate that made toghther by the laser welding. So a little energy loses of water flow can achieved and the inner parts are easily cleaned. This series of products are suitable for pure medium transportation. The features are as follows: Because this kind of pump has the stainless steel impeller which made together by the laser wilding. So the small flows and high head can be easily achieved, which is difficult for the cast iron impeller. WLC pumps are multistage vertical pumps. The inlet and outlet of the pump can be connected with water pipes. When the maintainance required, we donot need to take down the water pipes. The pump is light in weight with beautiful outlook and it needs small space for installation. But it has high efficiency and low noise. The pump shaft and motor shaft are connected by divided rigid coupling which can be easily installed and taked-down. Meanwhile this coupling can keep the pump axletree and motor axletree to neutral. The shaft seal of the pump is the mechanical seal which is convenient for installation and disassemblying. Users can choose different kinds of structure and material to ensure using security. The pumps have nice looking and convenient cleaning. APPLICATION WLC/WLCF series vertical multistage pump is a kind of multifunctional products.
