Vertical Hydraulic Double-cylinder Pre-Heater

Except the traditional burner and nonautomatic temperature control ,other technical datas are the same as TT-RFS700B hydraulic double-cylinder pre-heater. 1.Engine:18Hp water-cooled or wind-cooled electric -startup diesel engine. 2.Stirring:Diesel drives stirrer to run through gear pump ,dual control valve ,overflow valve and hydraulic motor. 3.Hydraulic tank:Tank is designed with windows, hot-spreading slice and indication of oil temperature with 68# hydraulic oil . The cubage: 50L inside. 4.Heating system:A propne gas tank is used to respectively supply gas to infrared furnace chamber and outside sparker lighter .The infrared heating can save over 30% fuel compared with traditional stoves. Automatic temperature control system, the customers can set the temperature from 0°C-300 °C according to the different types of paint. The system can make the fuel much more economy, more easily operate. The melting materials’ quality is much better. The pre-heater adopts electric spark or burning torch to start. The heating temperature can be automatically adjusted in the scope of 0-300°C according to the different kinds of coating chosen by users . 5.Melting pot: The arc punching bottom pot which is made of special steel with anti - scorching ,high temperature and oxidation resistance ,and the vertical vane type multi - hydraulic stirrer makes more paint to melt with better quality .Cubage:2*350Kg. 6.Thermometer:The imported heating oil conduction sensing thermometer with high temperature and shock resistance makes the temperature sensing more accurate. and easier to be observed. 7.Operation control: The manual dual control valves respectively control two stirrer in the two cylinders to do positive and negative agitation. The patent anti-malicious and non-standard operating system can better protect the machine from damage. 8.Warmer system: The heat transfer oil or high-tech packed heat reservation materials with its multi warmer system make the time of warm longer and the efficiency higher .(can save 30Tfuel compared with common pre-heater) 9.Ventilating system: Four dumping chimneys at the top of pre-heater fully discharge the smoke in the chamber. 10.Feeding port: The intermeshing and close feeder system makes the on-off more safety ,accurate and convenient. 11.Structure:Integral welding structure design with high strength and high temperature resistance .The overall plate is made of cold rolling high strength steel with oxidation and high temperature resistance, whose surface has been sprayed paint with abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance. The pedal plate is made of anti -skid steel sheet. 12.Safety device: Equipped with automatic protective device when overload which can automatically breaks away in emergency and the flame-out as well as lighting devices which ensure the safety of the operator and equipments. 13.Size.Weight:1750mm (length )*1750mm (width)*1900mm (height )1270kg.
