Detailed information: The two-fluid air atomizing nozzle can be precisely controlled the mixture proportion of air and water to achieve the air and water mixing atomization. The spray device consists of the composition of air cap and fluid cap, via the self-suction or pressure supplys liquid for the nozzle, and the liquid and the cimpressed air mix inside the nozzle, and then produces fog-points in diameter of microons, playing an excellent atomizing effect; and can increase the air pressure or reduce fluid pressure to get more subtle spray. The nozzles have two spraying pattern of round-shaped and fan-shaped, and are both precisely made of high-quality brass or stainless steel, and have a broad flowing volume range for choosing. The fog particle size and flowing volume can be adjusted according to the actual needs via the adjustable air-atomizing nozzle to get the best spraying effect. PS: the liquid and air interface connecting to the nozzle can use the quick connector, the air pipe is generally used out diameter of that in 8 or 6 mm.
