Two component polyurethane flooring adhesive

Gu803 is recommended for laying synthetic rubber tiles (e.g. Pirelli, Freudenberg, Pegulan), outdoor flooring materials such as Regupol, Polygras, Astroturf etc. and needle felt, carpets, flex tiles, concrete, glass, ceramic, quarry tiles. Expanded polystyrene, wood panels, chipboard, softboard, plywood, hardboard, fibre/cement sheet and metails. Tests should be carried out prior to installing synthetic rubber tiles to assure suitability. Gu803 is also suitable for adhering gripper rods wall to wall carpet installations and can be used to fill cracks in cement screeds, performed stair treads and nosing. Subfloor Preparation The subfloor must be dry, level, smooth, structurally sound and free from grease, dirt, dust, paint, was and etc. Old adhesives must be removed wherever possible. Bitumen based adhesives and sealers must be removed. Dry ,dusty or porous sublfoors may be treated with a suibtale primer/sealer. Allow primer to dry thoroughly before applying Gu803 adhesive. Directions for use The quantities are at a rotio of 5:1 (resin:hardener). It is important to observe the correct amounts of resin and hardener. Stir the hardener thoroughly into the resin until a uniform grey colour is obtained. For the best results use an electric drill with paddle attached. Minimum mixing time is 2 minutes. Pour but do not scrape the adhesive out of the mixing bucket. Use the adhesive within 30 minutes of mixing 20. Curing is dependent on atmospheric conditions and will be retarded considerable ant temperatures below 10.
