Main Technical Performance 1. Imported bush bearing with pre-stress is selected for plate, rubber, and impression cylinders. 2. Rubber and impression cylinder with single eccentric separately and air cylinder solenoid valve is used for coupling. 3. Ink forme roller with air cylinder solenoid valve is used for coupling. 4. Water forme roller with air cylinder solenoid valve is used for coupling. The speed of water duct roller can be adjusted individually and is synchronized with main motor. 5. Up and down of the delivery table is driven by air cylinder. 6. Inside and outside pushers are used in addition to belt conveyor to avoid scratch on backside of sheet. 7. The surface of rubber and impression cylinders is coated for corrosion-proof. 8. Stainless steel is used for water duct roller and damping vibrator roller, otherwise they are treated for rust-proof. 9. Imported main motor is driven by shaft-less drive. Every printing couple has an independent servo synchronization motor that can operate individual printing couple individually. PLC is imported. 10. The coupling of cylinder and the lift of delivery table are photo-electrically controlled. 11. Imported double sheet detector is used. 12. Plate cylinder, ink forme roller and water forme roller can be clutched on/off separately, or controlled by PLC. 13.
