Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

1) Line is offered in flanged and Butted welded end body configurations, 2" thru 12", Class 150 and 300.2) Available with full port and regular port bores. Manufactured and tested in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B16.34 and API 6D specifications.3) Trunnion supported ball. High capacity trunnion blocks insure that central positioning is retained even at the highest rated working pressures. Internal trunnion blocks, no potential external leakage or exposure to atmosphere at the lower trunnion.4) Low operation torques and allows for “block and bleed” service. A ball cavity bleed valve is included as standard equipment.5) Fitted with two pressure seals plus an effective weather seal which isolates the stem journal from the effects of a corrosive environment.6) High pressure fittings are provided for lubrication or sealant injection in the stem seal and seat area.7) Anti-Static continuity, locking device, Fire safe and blow-out proof stem construction.8) A lever handle for 8" or below or mechanical worm gear operator with handwheel for 10" or above. Other actuated type on your request.9) Standard Materials include: Carbon Steel body, electroless nickel plated Carbon Steel stem, ball and seats, Stainless Steel seat springs, Nylon seat inserts and Buna N seals. A broad range of trims include: Stainless Steel trim (stem, ball, seats and fittings), Teflon® seat inserts.
