Eg- hot-pot sausage, frozen hotdog sausage. SPECIFICITY- PEEL-OFF sausage casing is the substitute of cellulose sausage which is more expensive than peel-off sausage casing. The casing is easy to peel off from the sausage and keep the sausage surface smooth. SIZE: flat caliber-20mm-200mm. Thickness: (one slice) 30um-40um WAY OF USAGE- soaked in about 20°C water for 5 minutes. After stewing could be made cool by air or cool water.
