Tiger I , hydrogen bonds can be combined with carbonyl oxygen of small molecular organic acid-salts like formate and hydrogen of hydroxyl, formed a buffer system and slow down the adsorption of organic acids in the gastrointestinal tact; that means organic acids molecules make formate acid as carrier and most of arrive in hind intestinal. In the hind intestinal, organic acids and their salts buffer release hydrogen ions in the environment of High PH, and play the effect of antibacterial with organic acid anion.
