Failure error code includes the following items: Internal program error, clock error, memory failure or damage. Clock, time interval and rate function 1. Adopts built-in hardware clock circuit with temperature compensation, with calendar, timing and leap year automatically switch function. The output frequency of the internal clock terminal is 1Hz. 2. With two sets time intervals of rate, the automatic switching of the two time periods can be achieved by pre-set. Each rate period can be set at least two time zones; At least 8 time intervals can be set in 24 hours; the minimum time interval is 15 minutes, and the time interval is longer than the set demand period, the time period interval can be set cross the hour of 00:00. Time Adjustment 1. When time adjusted through RS485, infrared and other communication interfaces, except broadcasting time adjustment it must be carried out under programming status 2. The broadcasting time adjustment not requires programming button and communication password matching, only allowing once a day. And the broadcasting time adjustment range cannot be more than 5 min. The adjustment should avoid being implemented before or after 5 minutes of energy meter freezing and billing data transfer; when the adjusted time is more than 5min, the energy meter time can only be adjusted on the site. Measuring and monitoring 1. Can measure, record and display the total and slip phase voltage of the current energy meter, current, power, power factor and other operating parameters. Measurement error (quoted error) does not exceed ± 1%. 2.
