THREADLOCKER series product YST BOND Threadlocker series product is a high strength anaerobic threadlocking material that cures between engaged threads to form a unitized assembly that resists virtually all leakage, shock and vibration. It can replace the spring shim, at the same time may play the seal role, can effectively prevent the work piece loose from shaking, also has the certain lubricating ability to prevent the thread rusts away. The product is a single component, anaerobic liquid which cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. Item No. Characteristic & Applications YST-222: 1.Low strength, thixotropic, lubricating, against rust, easy disassembly 2. Used in the most metal surfaces. Applied for the locking & sealing of 2mm-12mm thread and the fastener diameter of 1/4”(6 mm) or smaller. YST-242 1.Medium strength, thixotropic, lubricating, easy disassembly. 2.Ideal for all nut and bolt applications 6mm to 20mm. Typical applications: Valve cover bolts, water pump & oil pan bolts, drive shaft bolts, rocker arm adjustment nuts, carburetor studs and axle cover screws, etc. YST-2431. Anti-machine oil, medium strength, fast curing, easy to disassemble and easy to dissolve in oil. 2.Used in inert surface, the slight oil material operation and the thread below 20mm blocking sealing. YST-2621. Excellent chemical resistance, thixotropic, against rust and anti-corrosive. 2. A permanent, high strength product that is applied to fasteners 10mm to 25mm in size before assembly, and the thread below 20mm. Typical applications: Assembly with air tools, cylinder block bolts, ring gear bolts, transmission shaft bolts, and more. YST-2711. High strength threadlocker for heavy-duty applications 10mm to 25mm and for permanently locking studs and press fits. Replaces set screws and snap rings. 2.Typical applications: Cylinder block, rocker arm studs, ring gear bolts, frame bolts, shock absorber bolts. YST-2721. Temperature resistance to 450°F(232°C), and high strength for heavy duty applications. 2. Used in the cylinder head double thread, and bolt of the diameter below 36mm. Typical applications: Camshaft sprocket bolts, crankshaft bolts, idler bearings, press fit filler tubes, ring gear, shock bolts, and more. YST-277 1. High strength, high viscosity, chemical resistance, against rust and anti- corrosive. 2.For permanent locking and sealing of thread below 36 mm. YST-2901. High strength, low viscosity with permeability and fast curing. 2. Used in the assembled 2mm to 12mm thread locking and sealing, the casting pinhole and the preventive maintenance procedures. Typical applications: Bolts on alternators, air conditioning belts and distributor clamps, carburetor adjustment screws, etc.
