The E32 multi-channel Conversion valve

The E32 type multi-channel conversion valve is developed by our plant specially for the hydraulic system of the loader,featuring high pressure grade,easy operation,small internal leakage at neutral pesition,big flowing capacity,good oil compensating property,excellent microinching performance,etc. The adoption of the solid direction-changing valve rod ,greatlyneduces the deformation of the valve rod when it is compressed,the operating force during the direction change,and the internal leakage. The design of the balancing groove(ring groove)in the valve rod effectively reduces the hydroulic clamping force(radial imbalance force)when the valve is working. A micromotion groove is ingeniourly designed in the valve rod.The proportion of the closing zone -speed-adjusting zone-operating zone is 3:4:3.The valve has an excellent micromotion property and speed-adjusting property. The load holding check valve is directly installed on the valve body,which ensures a bog flowing bore drameter and a big flowing capacity. The lower rotation opening of the rotation hopper is equipped with a oil compensating ralve with a big bore diameter,which has an excellent oil compensating performance and can effectively a preclude any vacuum suction phenomenon.
