SPIRAL JUICE EXTRACTOR The main structure of our equipment is helix. The diameter of helix increases gradually down the exit of dregs while the thread pitch decreases gradually. When the materials are pushed by the helix, the materials are screwed with the reduces of volume. VERTICAL COLLOID MILL The vertical colloid mill is operated by means of the relative movement of the different geometric shaped gear-stator and gear-deadweight, centrifugal force etc, the materials to be processed enter into the mill Then, under the action of the strong shearing, frictioning and high frequency wibration forces within the variable annular clearance, they will be effectively dispersed, pulverized, emulsified, homogenized and mixed coherently. Thus the satisfactory products will be obtained. HIGH PRESSURE HOMOGENIZATION PUMP The pump is equipment with extensive uses, which can homogenize and fine material liquids or make the material liquids to form high-pressured spray. It is widely used in the production of milk, cold drink, beverage, edible chemicals, and areas such as pharmacy, biologic technology and etc. When the material liquid is homogenized under high pressure, the liquid delamination can be prevented or reduced while the fineness, cleanliness, looseness and inner quality can be improved. VACUUM DEAERTOR The deaerator is one of the necessary equipment in fruit juice or fruit tea production line. It is mainly used for deaerating the homogenized juice under vacuum condition and to prevent the juice from being oxidized and then to prolong the storing period the juice. HORIZONTAL STERILIZATION BOILER The KANS safety door interlock devices approved by National Labor Safety Inspection Department and door with no pressure and dual fail-safe are adopted in the series of products so as to insure safety of use. The saturated steam is used as the heating medium in the boilers so as to make up the pressurized air to carry out counter-pressure operations. (The superheated water can also be used as the heating medium if partial change of pipes). Cold water (lukewarm water) is filled directly to cool forcibly. It is appropriate for the sterilization of different packages and different foods. The product possesses the advantages such as easy operation, low cost and is the most all-purpose sterilization equipment in the industrial production of food.
