Tempered glass

Tempered glass is ordinary glass through even heating, as close to the softening point, depending on the different thickness ,using different cooling rate to cooling. After that, the internal of glass can get strong and permanent stress, which make the internal and external pressure get balanced, changing the physical properties of glass, greatly improve the performance of glass, increase the using scope. specification, thickness: 4-19mm minimum specification,230 × 100mm maximum specification,4800 × 2440mm use: automobile, train, ship, construction, furniture, automatic door, escalator, fireplace property: high mechanical strength; impact strength is five times that of ordinary glass. Bending strength is four times that of ordinary glass. Good thermal stability, tempered-glass can stand great temperature changes, ordinary glass can withstand the temperature difference between 70-100 °C, while the tempered glass can withstand the temperature difference is 250-230 °C. Pouring the melting lead to the tempered-glass, not broken. heating the tempered-glass to 200°C and get it into water, not broken. Strong safety property, if the glass was broken , the fragments are no angular, that can avoid or reduce the injuring to people.
