Logo: we accept Logo customised. you can choose embroidery or printing. 2. colour: if you don't like our colour,we can change based on your special request. 3. material: we can save cost by change material,so if you can not accept the price, discuss with me,I would help by changing the material based on don't influence the quality. 4. Artwork development: We can help to develop new designs by artworks. MOQ1. our MOQ is normally 3000pcs. 2. but we have four colours,so you can order 3000pcs with 3 colours together. Test Request1. AZO: our material are all AZO free. We can offer certification. 2. EN-71: comply with EN-71 test. You can find some details above. 3. Lead: the teddy bear is lead free,safe to children. payment1. T/T parment. 30% deposit first,and then the balance should by paid after received the copy of B/L. 2. L/C payment. Because the bank charge is high,so we don't appreciate it,but we can accept. 3. 100% in advance. If shipped by air. We prefer 100% paied in advance. quality control 1. we normally send samples of bulk products to client for quality control. 2. we also taking pictures during the production and send to client. 3. we accept third party inspection.
