TD-5 Emulsified Epoxy Resin Grouting Material Epoxy Mortar Description: This product is made up of emulsified epoxy resin \ additives and hard padding. It has a micro-expansion, fluidity, and good intensity \flexibility\ erosion resistance .The product has a great adhesion with various medium bases and it can be used in moisture base. Features: High intensity & flexibility: a good compression resistance ,super adhesion than general cement -based grouting material and strong adaptability for shaking environment.Fluidity: can fill the whole gap and accord to secondary grouting.Non-shrinkage: make sure close contact between equipment and foundation, make sure high-accuracy as required.Epoxy MortarLow-levelheat emission: operating time can reach as long as 120 min. Surface preparation: The concrete surface ,which contacts grouting materials , should be hacked until exposes hard base , in order to make sure grouting surface cleaning \ dry and no oil . 2nd . Mould board installation: Mould board installation should be firm, and interface must be sealed (901 fast lack-stopping agent or YJS-400 adhesive is recommended). And the inside of mould board should be daubed with oil\ wax or PVC tape, to make mould board dropping easily. Epoxy Mortar 3rd . Mixing: (1) Mix Proportion :Part A :Part B: Part C = 1:3:30. (2) Check the quantity \ specification \ type and manufacture date, to make sure the product is within shelf-life. 2. (1) To begin with, mix Part A & Part B evenly (Deposited phenomenon for long Placement) and mix them according to the Mix Proportion of Part A: Part B = 1:3. And then stir them according to the Mix Proportion of Part A: Part B: Part C = 1:3:30 on one hand, and add the Part C slowly on the other hand .Make sure they are mixed evenly. (2) The mixing time is about 5-10 minutes, and in order to make sure the flowability of mixtures with low temperature, it is suitable to reduce the dosage of Part C or add some water to stir evenly. 4th Grouting construction: Grouting should from one side to another. Don’t knock down during grouting to make sure no air inside.If the grouting radius ≥1.5m , it should use elevated grouting and apply the theory of gravity head grouting5th Precautions: The mixed material should be used up within 45 min, and mixing-uneven or initial set mortar is prohibited.Long placement of Part A and Part B could appear slight layer phenomenon,so it is better to stir evenly before use.6th Picture about grouting method: Package & StoragePart A : 15±0.25 kg /bucket or 5±0.25 kg /bucket, 6 months from manufacture date stored in dry \ cool place (≥5°C\ 41°F)\non-sunlight exposure with original package sealed, and general freight transport is allowed.Part B : 45±0.5 kg /bucket or 15±0.5 kg /bucket, 6 months from manufacture date stored in dry \ cool place (≥5°C\ 41°F)\non-sunlight exposure with original package sealed, and general freight transport is allowed.Part C : 25±0.5 kg /bag, 6 months from manufacture date stored in dry \ cool place \ waterproof \ moisture proof with original package un-opened, and general freight transport is allowed.Epoxy Mortar
