TF Tank Mounted Hydraulic Suction Filters Performance and Features: 1. Installation and connection conveniently, simplifying the system piping. This filter can be settled on the top, at the side or in the bottom of the tank, filter head is out of tank and the filter bowl should be immersed in the oil. The oil inlet with threaded connection and flanged connection, filter with check valve and other apparatus is in order to simplify the system piping and connection. 2. Filter with check valve is convenient for changing, washing filter element or system maintenance. When filter element is withdrawn for washing or the system need repair, the check valve closes automatically to stop oil flowing out so that it is very convenient for washing, changing filter element and system maintenance. 3. Filter with vacuum indicator and by-passing valve is helpful to improve reliability of hydraulic system. A vacuum indicator in the filter gives signals when the pressure drop across the element reaches 0.018MPa showing that the filter shall be cleaned. If no maintenance is done, along with the pressure drop rises to 0.02MPa. the by-pass valve will open automatically to allow the oil flowing into pump. At the same time, the machine has to stop to replace or wash filter element so as to keep hydraulic system clean and improve the reliability of hydraulic system.
