Model SZJ- Drilling Instrumentation System is designed and manufactured by the company for different drilling rigs for the test and display of hook load,weight on bit,rotary torque,standpipe pressure,tong torque (power tong) or casing tong torque, Rotary RPM,Pump SPM, mud return flow (%), mud pit 1# 6# volume, total mud pit volume, mud density, mud temperature, mud conductivity, content of total hydrocarbon and H2S, height of traveling block, well depth, bit location, bit time and other parameters during drilling process, and help the driller to judge the operating situation of drilling rigs. The system, which consists of sensors, bus contacts, front-end drillers console (with PC104 built-in computer, touching screen, high-brightness and wide-temperature LCD display) and computer terminal in the drilling foremans office, is characterized by: 1. Modularization structure and easy extension. Various parameters can be combined together in accordance with the requirement of the customers. 2. All the data can be easily and reliably acquired and processed by the system with PC/104 built-in industrial control computer at the core. 3. Amounting to 30 Parameters can be directly acquired as well as more than 20 other derived parameters can be obtained with the help of front-end monitor software. Users can choose to set up threshold values for the alarm of relevant parameters to realize acoustic and optical alarm. 4. The human design of the monitor software can help the driller to choose different interfaces as instrument emulate, data display and curve display at will. 5. TFT wide touching LCD screen, human-machine operation and best visual effect. 6. The back-end monitor software can real time monitor the system, display relevant information and alarm in acoustic and optical modes. The reports of all the parameter and curves can be displayed, saved and printed out at real time. 7. The CAN Bus connects every part of the system together, which makes it easy to adjust and maintain at well site. 8. The system is of high stability and strong ant-jamming capability for long-time smooth operation.
