1. San You Brand Surface mount adhesive is based on epoxide resin and added with latent curing agent, toughener, thixotropic agent and pigment that make up single component hot setting adhesive. 2. A-Mode adhesive refers to dispensing, B-Mode refers to frictioning, C-Mode refers to low temperature fast curing adhesive. 3. After solidify it has good electrical property and fire standing and shockproof property, and it is used in Lead-free soldering.
