Feature List of SY-1000 Analog Language Laboratory System1. Functions of Teacher SideTeaching: Teachers can teach to all students, broadcast voice to the class. Broadcast Program: Teachers can choose external equipments and computer’s programs and broadcast to all students. Intercom: Teachers can choose one to four students to dialogue with them; other students can not hear their conversation. Model: Teachers can choose one to four students to demonstrate, and broadcast their voice to the teacher and all students.Mixing Program: The teacher can explain the material during the program and students can hear the voices of teachers and programs. Self- learning: The teacher can give multiple programs for the students; students can choose to listen to the programs by themselves for self-learning. Volume Control: Can adjust the volume of the equipments through hardware and software. Reset: Testing whether all the student units are well connected; and can be used to detect whether the communications is normal or not. Dialogue: The teacher can group the students by two and make them into pairs, student of pair can dialogue with another. If the teacher needs to participate in a group discussion, he can simply click any of the students in this group seating to participate. Raise of E-hands: To allow or prohibit the students raise their E-hands by click CALL button. Monitor: The teacher can monitor a student's learning. Loop Monitor: Can automatically monitor each student's learning according to the pre-set procedure. And can adjust the Loop Monitor’s interval time. Group: The students can be automatically divided into four discussion groups, so that make each group of students can practice conversation effectively. Group Broadcast: Teachers may choose to broadcast different program content to each group. Group Monitor, Interpose a Remark: Under group situations, the teacher can monitor each group’s learning situation and can participate. Examination: Teachers can use the system to test the whole class. Can choose to test automatically or manually, after the examination, the system will automatically generate the performance analysis and the answer analysis. Test: teachers can use this function in the classroom to do the simple test, and can generate statistics timely; the results can be directly printed. Time Indication: Once the system launched, the time indicator begin to count, enables the teacher to master the class time.2. Functions of Student Side Power On/Off: Students control the power switch on and off, and can be automatically reported to teacher their presence. Microphone On/Off: To control students’ microphone switch on and off. Call: Students can click this CALL button to raise their E-hands and call the teacher for help. Program: Students can choose to listen to the multiple programs. Volume Control: Students can adjust the volume of the program they are listening to.
