Additive "Polyplast SP-1" is a mixture of sodium salts
polietilentereftalat of different molecular weight. Supplement
is available in two types: with not normalized by the entrainment and adding
vastupidavusega component – reduced (normalized)
with air entrainment (type VP).
Additive "Polyplast SP-1" can be used in the manufacture
monolithic and prefabricated reinforced concrete products and constructions of heavy, light and
cellular concrete in the construction for different purposes: civil,
industrial, transport, road, etc., including in the manufacture of products
and designs of water supply systems.
Additive "Polyplast SP 1" recommended for use in the manufacture of:
• conventional concrete and prestressed structures from heavy
concrete class B15-C40 and high-strength heavy concrete classes В45 and
above;
• structures made of lightweight concrete with porous aggregates classes 7.5 and higher;
• the structures of fine-grained concrete class B10 and above;
• if you want to use non-standard aggregates (fine Sands
etc.);
and also:
• in the construction of monolithic structures using strain
cement;
• in the manufacture of monolithic and prefabricated structures of heat-resistant
concrete for Portland cement, slag cement and alumina cement;
• high-strength concrete produced from high-mobility and cast mixtures.
The use of the additive "Polyplast SP-1" allows to achieve the following
indicators:
• to increase the mobility of the concrete mix from P1 to P5 without reducing the strength
concrete;
• to reduce the quantity of mixing water of 21% or more (in ravnopraviya
mixtures);
• to increase the ultimate strength characteristics of concrete by 20% or more (in
ravnopraviya mixtures);
• to reduce cement consumption by up to 22 % (in ravnopraviya mixtures) compared with the
clear composition;
• 1.5 – 1.6 fold increase in adhesion of the concrete with a bond fittings and
the hardware;
• to obtain concretes with high water resistance, frost resistance (in
ravnopraviya mixtures);
• to reduce time and energy costs for heat and humidity treatment
concrete;
• significantly reduce the time and energy cost of the vibrating
the concrete mix, and in some cases completely abandon it;
• increase the turnover of forms.
