Additive "Polyplast SP-3" is a mixture of sodium salts
polietilentereftalat of different molecular weights of lignosulfonate
technical, industrial mixture of thiosulfate and thiocyanate sodium. Supplement
is available in two types: with not normalized by the entrainment and adding
vastupidavusega component – reduced (normalized)
with air entrainment (type VP).
Preferred area of application of the additive "Polyplast SP-3" is
preparation of ready-mixed concrete.
Additive "Polyplast SP-3" can be used in the manufacture
monolithic and prefabricated reinforced concrete structures from heavy, light and porous
of concrete in construction for different purposes: civil, industrial,
transport, road, etc.; including products and construction systems
drinking water.
Additive "Polyplast SP-3" is recommended:
• the production of structures made of ordinary heavy concrete class B15-C40 and
high strength heavy concrete classes В45 and above;
• the production of structures made of lightweight concrete with porous aggregates
class B7,5 and above;
• the production of constructions of fine concrete class B10 and above;
• if you want to use non-standard aggregates (fine sand and
etc.);
• in the construction of monolithic structures;
• for high-strength concretes made from the highly mobile
and cast mixtures.
The use of the additive "Polyplast SP-3 allows to achieve the following
indicators:
• to increase the mobility of the concrete mix from P1 to P5 without reducing the strength;
• to reduce the quantity of mixing water of 21% or more (in ravnopraviya
mixtures);
• to increase the ultimate strength characteristics of concrete by 20% or more (in
ravnopraviya mixtures);
• to reduce cement consumption by up to 22% (in ravnopraviya mixtures);
• 1.5 – 1.6 fold increase in adhesion of the concrete with a bond fittings and
the hardware;
• to obtain concretes with high water resistance, frost resistance;
• to reduce time and energy costs for heat and humidity treatment
concrete;
• reduce the time and energy cost of vibrating the concrete mixture;
• to increase the retention time of mobility of the concrete mixture in some
brands of cement;
• increase the turnover of forms.
