I ,Main structure and working principle This machine is with an enclosed tank structure, and consists of the reaction unit, air distributing unit, self-cleaning unit and ink-impurity separation unit. The pulp enters into the reaction unit of the machine via the inlet. In this reaction unit, the flocculation reaction takes place among the ink and stickies particles under the function of special improved ink flocculant, and then those particles flow through the spillplate and are aerated by the air distributing unit in the flotation zone. The broad-spectrum microscopic bubbles are produced during aeration so as to adsorb various ink and stickies particles of different sizes. The ink and light impurities adhered to the bubbles enter into the ink collector groove and then U-groove and ink discharge groove, and the pulp is drained out from the water outlet via the air distribution zone after aeration. II,Features and advantages 1)High flotation efficiency, high scum concentration, low fiber loss. The ink discharge concentration is adjustable, and thus it can greatly reduce the loss of fiber in the scum. 2)Easy-to-operate-and-maintain, low power consumption, low operating cost which is 1/10 of operating cost of the vertical enclosed and horizontal distribution (tank type) flotation tank. It is currently the most advanced deinking machine in China and overseas. 3)The internal circulation of pulp is completed in this machine, with high usage of air inside the pulp, and the proportion of the air and pulp can be adjusted. 4)High flotation quality, low energy consumption, with unique gap separation structure and multiple-stage flotation of the pulp, the mutual mixing of different pulps is avoided. 5)The machine is free from cleaning with water during normal operation, and a special non-clogging aeration unit is used to avoid the backflow of the pulp. The instantaneous starting and stopping of the machine are available.
