Basic Information
Sunflower honey: mainly yielded in Northeast and Northwest China and processed from honey produced by honey bees ofWonyard Cooperative Association. The color is light amber or gold. It's apt to crystallize and smells slightly fragrant, with some sour flavor. Compared with other single-flowered honey in China, it has the greatest content of flavonoids.
