It is also suitable for different film growth technologies. Film made by these materials and technologies on SrTiO3 crystal substrates have excellent performance, featuring Tc>90k, Jc>106A/cm2. 4. SrTiO3 single crystal provides a good lattice match to most materials with Perovskite structure. It is an excellent substrate for epitaxial growth of HTS and many oxide thin films. 5. SrTiO3 single crystal has also been used widely for special optical windows and as high quality sputtering target. The large diameter of SrTiO3 crystal can reachφ35mm.
