Stone Splitter

With our stone splitting machine, it is possible to work on all types of stones to cut into blocks for pavement, street, house and garden use. The high power of 50 tons, allows stone thickness of 200 mm columns to be split.The chisels have a particular construction. The main body consists of C 45 steel, hardened to 40 HRC. The die cleaving is equipped with a tungsten carbide insert with a hardness of 85 HRC. For example, the durability is significantly longer than conventional hardened steels. In the upper blade is a cylinder system of 4-cylinders mounted, which are connected together and to communicate to each other. This effects a uniform distribution of knife pressure on uneven stones or inclined surfaces and performs always a constant good splitting result. By opening the central screw, the knife can be taken out and can be grinded anytime needed. The hydraulic system is available of 2 versions. Slower version with a 4 KW power and 20 litres capacity per minute hydraulic pump, which results in a speed of about 20 mm per second. A faster version with 5.5 KW power and 2 pumps perform 156 litres per minute and a 600 litres hydraulic tank, at a speed of 180 mm per second. The machine will be delivered completely mounted, a ready to use chisel set, complete basic frame and hydraulic system. All electric systems are made of high quality electric parts according to the CE and IEC standards.
