Introduction: LCZ serial sterile steam generator is designed and produced according to standard of YY0229, all parts are made of SS304 or 316L .feeding in purification water, heating by steam, can produce out sterile and free of pyrogen pure steam. This pure steam has high purity and free of pyrogen, comply with the steam quality requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2005 version. It is broadly used in pharmacy industry, medical health and food industry for sterilization and to disinfect many tools, validly avoids heavy metal or pyrogen contamination again. The process of producing steam of this machine is advanced; it has absorbed foreign advanced technique, and applies the tube falling film and three stages steam-liquid –pyrogen separation unit. It has good warm-keeping shell and high efficiency of producing steam, with small structure and operation is simple and reliable. This machine has two kinds: automatic control and manual operation.
