Excircle of brake wheel that the surface must be quenched and the hardness is no less than 35HRCBalance quality is no less than G16 during the dynamic balancing testing process of the coupling.Cleaning the coupling before assembly and apply antirust oil on junction surface. Non-junction surface must be painted or use other rust prevention treatment. Lubricating oil or grease lubricant must be used after assembly. Any leakage is not allowed during the operation of coupling. Replace with a new seal ring after 5000 operation hours. In normal conditions, the reliability of the coupling keeps stable within 10000 operation hours.
