Excellent corrosion protection by overcoming the firstly galvanized then drilling the bolt hole so that the zinc coating is damaged and easy to get corrosion caused the bolt hole defects.All silos body are painting steel, long life, pleasing in appearance. 4 The five layers interlocking technology of outer heat preservation layer of silo roof used to prevent leakage of rainwater, enhance the Airtight performance of silo. HEAT PRESERVATIONAND INSULATION , SAFE STORAGE The space between the inner and outer plate is for heat preservation which enable to provide the nice performance of heat insulation. Silo roof is the light color steel sandwich panel, good performance of heat insulation which guarantee the safety of grain storage. PERFECT QUALIFIED GRAIN HANDLING SYSTEM 1 We applied wireless transmission technology in temperature monitoring system without wiring between silos and computer room. It proves safe and convenient in practice with manhole for maintaining temperature cables on the top of the silo. 2 Users may select ventilation system in the way of either geosyncline or over-ground cage. The silo roof is designed in a combined way of both natural and mechanical ventilation. 3 Level indicating system may present the state of silo inside and may be controlled automatically through communication with control system. 4 According to users' demand, we may equip circumfluence suffocating system.
