This type of standardized centrifugal water pump is our new product this year. APPLICATIONS 1) Water supply. 2) Irrigation. 3) Water circulation in air conditioning systems. SPECIFICATIONS 1) Max.Flow:220m3/h 2) Max.Head:95mca 3) Temperature of pumped liquid:Standard -10oC to 85oC, Upon request -20oC to 120 oC. 4) Max.Working pressure:12bar. Anti-clockwise rotation when facing pump's suction port. 5) Impeller:AIS1316L stainless steel iron casing. 6) Mechanical seal in compliance with DIN 24960 and locking pin slot on standard models. 7) Lubricated by internal recirculating. 8) Of pumped liquid to seal housing. 9) Counter flange kits available on request. MOTOR 1) Three-phase*asynchronous,squirrel cage rotor,enclosed construction,external ventilation. 2) Protection IP55. 3) Insulation Class F 4) Performance in compliance with CEI 2-3(IEC 34.1). 5)Maximum ambient temperature:+40oC. 6) Overload protection to be provided by the user. 7) Condensation drain plugs on all motors. PUMP COUPLING 1) Three different types of motor/pump couplings are available. 2) Close-coupled by means of an adaptor bracket with an impeller keyed directly to the motor shaft extension. CONSTRUCTION FEATURES 1) Single-impeller centrifugal pump featuring axial intake and radial discharge. 2) Liquid end size and suction and delivery port DN in compliance with EN 733(ex DIN 24255) and UNI 7467. 3) Flanges in compliance with UNI 2236 and DIN 2532. 4) Back pull-out design(impeller,adapter and motor can be extracted without disconnecting the pump body from the pipes). ACCESSORIES ON REQUEST 1) AISI 316 stainless steel or galvanised iron threaded counter flanges. 2) Intermediate flange with pressure gauge connection. 3) Flanged tapered coupling. 4) Pump and motor shims.
