Stabilizer soil mix station model WD is for stable level basic material mixing in high level road building. Computer dynamic measurement(or volume measurement) is adopted to ensure the accuracy and efficiency. In this way large amount continuous processing is realized. WD stabilizer soil mix station is the third generation mix station we released. The advantage is: A. The belt feeders of both proportion system and feeding system are in folding stander structure. So this station needs not to be broken down during transportation and transition. B. About measuring technique: We integrated advantage of belt balance(measuring sensor is not influenced by foreign strength mutation) and decrement scale(high precision and stability). C. Power supply: All belt feeders are driven by joint-venture product "10,000 hours non-maintaining oil-filled motorized pulley".
