Split Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Split bearing unit is designed for continuous casters. The centre bearing of the drive roller in continuous casting machines can be equipped with split bearing unit from our product.Since this application involves considerable quantities of splashing water, steam and scale, careful sealing of the bearing and its surroundings is crucial. Effective sealing can be achieved by using lamellar rings close to the roller bearings and installing labyrinths between the seal support and the drive roller. We produce bearing units for wide range of diameters according to client demand.
