Spin Cast High Chromium Iron Rolls for cold rolling are obtained by adding some special alloy elements based on HiCr II and HiCr III and following heat treatments many times. The hardness can reach as high as 78/82 HSC. The rated tonnage rolled is one time higher than that of cold forged steel rolls.
