Solid-core Post Porcelain Insulator

Insulators are composed of porcelain insulator part and metal fittings (flanges), cemented by cement mortar. Sinoma adopts high strength alumina ceramic formula to make porcelain insulator part, which leads to high mechanical strength and good reliability. The sheds of normal porcelain insulator part are isodiametric, and most of anti-pollution-type insulators have aerofoil alternating sheds or underrid alternating sheds. Under the protection of the big sheds which have larger spacing, the small sheds are not easy to be polluted, so that this structure can improve the discharge characteristics and advance the flashover and anti-pollution capability. Cylinder sanding structure is adopted in the cementing parts to improve the mechanical strength.The sands, produced by special technology, are prilling sands, which have reasonable expansion coefficient and excellent bonding properties with the insulator body. The flanges, made of high-strength nodular cast iron, with galvanizing on surface, have excellent corrosion resistance and the reasonable structure leading to equal stress distribution. The adopted cement for cementing is of high grade. And the reasonable maintenance process does the best to products strength. All insulators are single-unit structure, which is simple, with fewer maintenance and long service life.To insure the productsreliability, impact test, ultrasonic test and bending withstand test in four directions are carried out to each unit.Sinoma adopts the international most advanced cold isostatic compaction dry-forming technology. The products are sintered in the shuttle kilns with automatic flow control and isothermal high-speed nozzle. As a result, our products have the characteristics of steady structure, small strength dispersion, high dimension precision, excellent form and position tolerance and high mechanical strength. Usually, the surface of the porcelain insulator part is brown glaze, and other colors can also be glazed according to the requirements of customers.
