Chill water in hot water storage tank is reinforced into heat collector array via circulation-forcing water pump, where it is heated under solar radiation and increases in temperature. When the difference between water temperature in upper circulator of heat collectors and that at the bottom of hot water storage tank reaches set value, circulation-forcing pump is started and brings chill water from the tank to heat collector array while taking hot water in heat collector array back to hot water storage tank. When said difference equals or drops below set value, circulation-forcing pump stops operating Chill water in heat collectors continues to be heated under solar radiation.
